Healthy nutrition

We started with this post a new series of publications, food-related, fruit of the work of friends and patients s, designed to help in this arduous task of eating healthy, rich and well, so let us gain health, while lose weight. Periodically we will introduce menus, composed of five main meals, consisting of breakfast, lunch, food, afternoon tea and dinner, accompanied by photographs taken by our @ s @ s collaborator,
