This treatment, more complicated to write than to pronounce, has three main objectives: (poshan) nutrition, (raksha) protection (Naash) purification.
All ayurveda techniques are adapted to each person according to the 'dosha' or biotype of each person; son tres: wool, y pitta kapha.
